Tansy Herb
Repels ants and cockroaches. Anthelmintic, tonic, stimulant, emmenagogue.
Tapioca Pearls
These round pellets are made from cassava roots. Asians use them to make puddings and a beverage called bubble tea. You can also use them to make tapioca pudding, though it's faster and easier to use instant or regular tapioca. The pearls are normally soaked for at least a few hours before they're added to a recipe.
Tarragon
Tarragon is commonly known as a flavoring for vinegar and is used in pickles, relishes, prepared mustards, and sauces. Tarragon also goes well with fish, meat, soups and stews, and is often used in tomato and egg dishes. Tarragon adds distinctive flavor to sauces.
Thyme
The pounded herb is used as a cure for whooping cough. Thyme tea will arrest gastric fermentation. It is useful in cases of wind spasms and colic, and will assist in promoting perspiration at the commencement of a cold. In herbal medicine, Thyme is generally used in combination with other remedies. Thyme is a strong flavoring, and--as with sage--the cook not well experienced with it is advised to use it with a distinctly light hand till confidence is gained.
Thyme, Lemon
Carminative to digestive system. Can be used as a gargle. Besides being an ornamental beauty, the leaves taste as great as they smell. It is often recommended for baked fish, in marinades, fried vegetables, fruit salad, custards, & in just about anything that would call for a bit of lemon. As a tea it can be a healthful stimulant

Turmeric Powder
Works as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory for joints. Also helps with blood thinning.
Uva Ursi, Mexico
Urinary anti-septic, anti-microbial.
